Gli appartamenti sono dislocati su tre livelli: piano terrazza, piano rialzato, primo piano. Ogni appartamento ha in dotazione un posto auto esterno. La casa dispone di uno splendido giardino con piscina, vista lago e di una sala interna comune dotata di servizio bar, TV. Tutti gli appartamenti dispongono di riscaldamento, angolo cottura, TV sat, cassaforte. I monolocali per 2 persone sono dotati di divano letto doppio, mentre gli appartamenti per 4 persone hanno o la stanza da letto oppure il soppalco con 2 letti o letto matrimoniale, mentre nella zona soggiorno c’è il divano letto a due piazze. Gli studio di tipo 4 A dispongono inoltre di poltrona letto per un’eventuale 5° persona.

Die Wohnungen stehen auf insgesamt drei Etagen: die Terrasse (das Erdgeschoss), Hochparterre und erste Etage. Jede Wohnung hat einen privaten externen Parkplatz. Das Haus verfügt über einen wunderschönen Garten mit Schwimmbad, Seeblick, ein internes Zimmer mit Bar und TV. Alle Wohnungen haben Heizung, Kochecke, TV Sat und Safe. Die Einzimmerwohnungen für 2 Personen haben eine Doppelbettcouch, während die Wohnungen für 4 Personen entweder über ein Schlafzimmer oder ein Hängeboden mit 2 Betten bzw. Doppelbett verfügen; Diese Wohnungen haben auch eine Doppelbettcouch im Wohnzimmer. Die Einzimmerwohnungen „4 A“ haben auch ein ausziehbares Einbettsofa für die 5. Person. Residence Roma verfügt auch über 4 Zimmer, die als Wohnungen vermietet werden, d.h. nur mit Endreinigung und keinen täglichen Service.

DESCRIPTION 

The apartments are situated on three levels: terrace, first floor and second floor. Each apartment has a private parking place (outside). The Residence include a beautiful garden with swimming-pool, access to the lake and a common room with bar and TV. All the apartments have heating, cooker, TV sat and safe.  The studios for 2 people have a double sofa bed while the apartments for 4 people have either a sleeping room or a loft with two beds/a double bed, while the living-room has a double sofa bed. The “TYP 4 A” studios also have a chair-bed for a 5th person.

The room is offered with the apartment’s formula: linen, daily cleaning and ordering are in case at the guest own discretion.

The room is provided with : fridge, Melita coffee and kitchenware on request. ROOMS ARE NOT PROVIDED WITH COOKER.
